I would like to express my sincere gratitude for a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything was top-notch: from the service to the delicious food – my brother and I were very impressed! I came here to celebrate my 50th birthday, but it seems that this special occasion went unnoticed, perhaps due to a mix-up with the dates. Of course, it’s not a big deal, as we truly enjoyed our time here. I would be extremely grateful if, as a kind gesture for my birthday, the hotel could arrange a hammam session for my brother and me on Friday. It would be a wonderful surprise and a perfect way to wrap up our stay. Thank you once again for the warm hospitality and excellent service! Best regards, Pahl..W
